You will receive a confirmation text mesage 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Please respond to this text message.

If you need to cancel or reschedule at time of confirmation, you will not be charged a fee. Please be aware that it may take weeks to get back on the schedule.

If you have to cancel the day of your appointment, there is a cancellation fee 50% of your service total. This cancellation fee must be paid prior to booking any future services.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, the appointment may be forfeited + a fee 50% of your service total must be paid prior to booking any future services.
